Zoe projected a quiet confidence which immediately inspired a feeling of trust. She clearly cares a great deal about the welfare of her patients, and is happy to be consulted about any worries they may have. Only now, after my surgery, have I looked her up and found that she has been awarded 5 stars in every review. She deserves them!

From my very first meeting with Zoe, I could tell that she was passionate about her work. The feeling of being in safe and experienced hands was incredibly reassuring. Each step of my treatment was explained in detail and she welcomed questions from both myself and my partner. As a young(ish) woman coming to terms with a cancer diagnosis, I was very grateful that Zoe was always willing to take extra time when I was struggling with my emotions - which was quite frequent! I had a mastectomy in order to remove two small tumors followed by an immediate reconstruction. Zoe has been rigorous in gaining the best result and it is a great comfort to know that I am being treated by someone who is so utterly determined to ensure the best possible outcome. To know that I could contact Zoe directly has also been reassuring, and I have particularly valued this aspect of our relationship. I really do not think that I could have found a more exacting and dedicated professional.

I met Miss Winters on possibly the worst day of my life, she was the one to inform me I had breast cancer. However Miss Winters remained calm and told me we would treat it agressively and get rid of it. The treatment was gruelling but Miss Winters support and the support of the oncologist she referred me to ( along with my family!)got me through it. When it came to my surgery Miss Winters gave me excellent advice and she performed a lumpectomy with excellent results, I'm very grateful. Miss Winters is always caring and spends as much time to explain as necessary, she instills her confidence in you. I've recently had a follow up mammogram and all is currently well, we always keep our fingers crossed. I would sincerely recommend Miss Winters to other patients. Thank you Zoe xx

I have a family history of breast cancer and I met with Zoe Winters at Bristol Southmead hospital in September 2016 to discuss prophylactic surgery. During the consultation I found Zoe to be informative, thorough, attentive and reassuring. I had a mastectomy with immediate reconstruction and I am very pleased with the outcome.
